MDB was proud to host the second annual Bright Lights Conference on May, 10 -11th at the Le Parker Meridien Hotel in New York City.  This event featured over 40 of the most innovative companies with disruptive and market changing IP, as screened by PatentVest. 

The majority of our Bright Lights presenting companies were ranked in the 90^th percentile for technology leadership from over 1,500 small cap companies with U.S. patents, as rated by PatentVest, MDB’s proprietary IP business intelligence database. (Click here for an example of a PatentVest Report.)  In addition to company presentations, expert panels, and investor meetings, MDB provided analysis and objective data regarding the technology leadership and competitive landscape of the companies presenting during this exclusive, invitation-only event. 

Back-tested IP and financial data was presented at the conference to demostrate that the selection of companies on the basis of PatentVest IP metrics might be correlated to benchmarked financial performance.
